Executive Assistant to Group CEO and Executive Team

The Role
You will be responsible for executing tasks across the business and regularly reviewing strategic objectives with members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Management Team. This role includes:
* Managing the CEO's calendar and ensuring meeting preparation is followed up ahead of meetings.
* Assisting the CEO and Operations Director with HR tasks, including recruitment, document management, and updating the Organisational Structure.
* Working with the CEO to develop a recording and follow-up system for Strategic high-level goals for SLT and Managers.
* Recording and managing Employment Hero and employee reward programs in conjunction with the CEO.
* Booking flights and car hire as needed, and confirming appointments for SLT.
* Preparing PowerPoint templates weekly for Turbo Management Meetings and inviting attendees.
* Communicating on behalf of the CEO and/or SLT with external stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Updating KPIs for Board reporting as needed for SLT.
* Covering front reception at head office as needed, including answering phones where necessary.
* Assisting with tasks across the business as needed with staff absences or busy periods.
* Analysing and reporting key improvements back to SLT on a monthly basis to ensure continuous improvement and refinement.
Requirements
To be successful in this application, you will need:
* A hard-working and commercially savvy attitude with a strong work ethic.
* Experience in similar roles in fast-moving businesses (3 years+).
* Demonstrable track record supporting c-suite level executives.
* Interest or experience supporting HR activity.
* Proven track record of managing tasks and calendars for senior executives.
* Broad knowledge and experience across a range of platforms for task and calendar management.
* Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word skills.
* Experience in developing PowerPoint presentations.
* Excellent writing and grammar skills.
