The Opportunity
We're expanding our finance team and looking for an Administration Assistant to support the Accounts Payable team with administrative tasks related to finances and supplier accounts.

About the Role
In this entry-level position, you'll assist the team with various tasks, including:
* General Administrative Support: Data entry, document management, and correspondence.
* Supplier Account Coordination: Maintaining records, ensuring accurate documentation, and processing invoices.
* Issue Resolution: Communicating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
* Record Keeping & Compliance: Organized and up-to-date records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Office Coordination: Scheduling, meetings, and other tasks to support team efficiency.
