A permanent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator withing a multi-billion dollar logistics organisation,. FourQuarters is partnering with an established subsidiary of a multi-billion, national logistics organisation who are based South of the River. The Role As the Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions and providing admin support. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with financial reporting, and handling a range of office tasks to ensure smooth operations. Process invoices, receipts and payments related to logistics services. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies. Process bank deposits and monitor company accounts for discrepancies. Provide general admin support to various departments within the company. Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for both financial documents and company records. Perform data entry for various company reports and databases. Profile You will hold a diploma or degree certification in accounting, finance or business administration. Proven experience in an Accounts Clerk or admin role within a similar organisation. Familiarity with accounting software such as MYOB. You will possess high attention to details with a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong organisational abilities.
