Specialising in high-end commercial, residential, and hospitality developments, they deliver high-quality projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.As a Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the smooth administration of contracts, cost control, and compliance. This is a great opportunity to be part of a company that prides itself on delivering premium, architecturally designed projects and offers many opportunities to grow within the company.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and administer contracts for construction projects.Assist with procurement, including issuing tenders and negotiating with subcontractors.Track project costs, process variations, and manage claims.Ensure all contractual obligations are met and aligned with project timelines.Liaise with developers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.Manage progress claims, invoices, and ensure accurate financial reporting.Identify and mitigate potential contract risks and disputes.Skills & Experience Required3+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction industry.Experience working on commercial, residential, or hospitality projects.Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.If interested, please send your CV to gsayers@goughrecruitment.com.au or give me a call on 0482378169.
