The GFO APAC business is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and ambitious individual to serve as a Senior Account Manager and Team Leader for the APAC Account Management team.Major Duties: Owns coordination and day-to-day contact for specific family office relationships.Anticipates and identifies client needs and handles client inquiry resolution.Serves as key subject matter expert for Custody and Accounting products and mentors other Account Managers in the region.Leads initiatives within GFO APAC to improve processes and reduce risk.Independently coordinates the daily execution of client requests, communicating progress status with clients and internal teams.Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.Directly sets up various types of client accounts and services.Assists with onboarding of new clients.Conducts performance management and career development processes.Acts as a subject area expert and directs activities of staff.Monitors compliance reports for adherence to policy and procedures.Researches, analyzes and resolves complex client inquiries.Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent relationship management skills.Core investment management/Custody knowledge preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Working with Us: As a Northern Trust partner, you will be part of a flexible and collaborative work culture.
