THE ROLE:Provocatus is an Australian and Veteran Owned medical and pharmaceutical company focused on delivering excellence in healthcare to Australian patients, with a focus on ADF Veterans.
We are entering an exciting period of growth and as such, have an opportunity for a strategically minded, enthusiastic and creative Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team.
This role will primarily be responsible for working with the delivery arms of the business to provide market intelligence and insights to inform strategic decision making, and for developing and implementing marketing campaigns and activities that align to Provocatus' strategic direction.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent communicator, possess strong commercial acumen and will have experience managing marketing campaigns, using multi-channel marketing to maximise impact.
Additionally, the successful candidate will work well within a dynamic environment, will be agile, responsive and able to support multiple focus areas across a growing business.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement marketing strategies in consultation with the businessOrganise and attend marketing activities and events to raise brand awarenessPlan advertising and promotional campaigns for products and services on a variety of media (social, print, etc)Undertake market research and analysis in assigned areas and contribute to the preparation of project briefs to support informed strategic decision making and planning by the delivery arms of the businessLiaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company's market presenceSee all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics providing reports to managementPrepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distributionProvide project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables, to ensure time, cost and quality indicators are in line with approved project plansBe prepared for team expansion, including the ability to identify, recruit and mentor new team members into the group ecosystemSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar roleBSc/BA Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field (desirable)Excellent understanding of marketing techniques and principles, data analysis and preparing project briefsExcellent knowledge of MS Office and multi-channel marketing toolsExperience with CRM tooling, HubSpot as a preferenceThorough understanding of social media marketing and web analyticsExcellent organisational skills, communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent collaboration and cross department communication skills.Creative and commercial awarenessA proven track record of delivery, with sample case-studies ready to presentIndividuals with experience working within the Australian Defence Industry, ADF veterans and/or family members of veterans are encouraged to apply for this role.EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:Your application must also satisfy the following requirements:Applicants must have a legal right to work in AustraliaApplicants must possess a current Australian driver's licenceApplicants must pass a Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment
