MYER is looking for a Systems Administrator who will be maintaining and improving buying systems and data to support the buying processes and requirements through communication and training to the buying teams to enable the delivery of the Myer Merchandise strategy.
About the role:
* Support Merchandise, Supplier Implants, Concession and MarketPlace with Registration, Pricing and Reporting
* Promotional offer checking
* Monitoring data quality and integrity, whilst ensuring compliance and controls
* Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to business system users as required; conduct regular training to buying teams, including concessions, supplier implants and Marketplacer.
* Identify issues and develop solutions and then communicate to the business;
* Ensuring all documentation and processes on current systems is kept up to date to maintain efficiency and effectiveness and monitor subscriptions and address issues as they arise
* Drive Central Merchandise process improvements by facilitating workshops to understand existing processes, identifying gaps and opportunities, and recommending specific and innovative changes.
* Participate in ongoing company initiatives and projects and provide SME support, cross-functional workgroups (drop ship, brand partners, omnichannel etc.)
* Support Marketplacer, including setting up hierarchy, brands and sizes
* Support Audit processes through ongoing user access reviews – Internal and external
* Improve process and manage end to end of season activities
* Facilitate and help merchandise with the conversion process (consignment, concession and wholesale)
* Support of PAS (promotional activity sheet), including management of PAS support inbox.
* Provide visibility of PAS process to internal stakeholders.
About you:
* Advanced knowledge of Merchandise Systems, eg. Retek & Microstrategy
* Advanced knowledge of Merchandise processes
* Strong analytical and problem solving ability
* Strong attention to detail and proven data accuracy
* Excellent time management skills, ability to priorities and manage multiple deadlines and projects.
* Excellent communication – written and verbal
* Experience facilitating training programs
* Knowledge of Stores and Buying functions
* High level of proficiency with Microsoft Suites (applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
