We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our Service Delivery Team as an Infrastructure Services Lead.
This pivotal role involves managing the daily operations of the Level 3 team to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of complex technical issues.

* Manage daily operations of the Level 3 team
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the ICT team
