We are seeking a proactive Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer to join a prestigious global organisation. This role offers an initial 6-month contract with the potential for extension, providing an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the eyes and ears for higher-level support (level 1 support).
- Assist with switch upgrades.
- Deploy and distribute new hardware.
- Assist users with new assets and profile setup.
- Support in-house applications stored in the system.
- Backup for the IT support team.
- Help with 0365 administration Support SCCM, Intune, and co-managed systems.
