Currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a high-performing Property Management division, this is a role for a talented individual to be the face and voice of a local-based portfolio – we need someone who enjoys being out and about!
The Role:
This is a fast-paced role supporting a team with a strong reputation. Working across a portfolio all based in the Maroubra and surrounding areas, you will be responsible for:
1. Handling & addressing rental inquiries via email and phone
2. Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections
3. Ingoing & outgoing inspections
4. Diary Management
5. Prepare properties for online advertising
6. Lease sign ups
7. Preparing leases and lease packs
8. Ad hoc administration duties
The Candidate:
9. A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
10. Experience in Real Estate is preferred
11. Immaculately presented and well-groomed
12. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
13. Possess a strong work ethic
14. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
