Join us as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Operations, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of executive functions for the largest employer in the Hunter region!
Your Mission

Within the role, you will manage complex diaries, oversee facility management tasks, and act as a trusted liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
Your ability to anticipate needs and take proactive action will be key to your success. From handling sensitive communications with discretion to preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency.
