Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to provide Signet Marketing leadership with visibility and insights into customer performance, marketing activities, and business health across all brands within the Signet Portfolio.
The ideal candidate will utilize visual analytics via Python or Tableau and the Signet customer Data Lakes (CRM/CDP) to pull actionable insights from disparate datasets.
Main Responsibilities
* Analyze large complex data sets and present results in easily digestible visualizations that surface insights and drive action.
* Build data extracts using SQL & Python to curate data sets from multiple data sources necessary to perform any given analysis.
* Work as an internal business advisor, partnering with business teams to understand the full context of data/analysis requests.
* Present findings/recommendations to all levels of management based on data and analysis of results.
* Communicate data findings with technical and non-technical partners.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to standardize analysis workflows and improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with data scientists on building predictive models.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in a related field.
* Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau/Power BI.
* Familiarity with web and marketing analytics (Adobe, Google), and customer analytics (clustering, segmentation).
* Intellectual and analytical curiosity, willingness/ability to learn new concepts quickly.
* Proven ability to generate insights and recommend actions based on data analysis.
