Build and strengthen stakeholder relationships across government, industry, and the community. Lead innovation and change to adapt to the evolving needs of residents and the aged care sector. About you As the successful candidate for this role, you will bring: Proven senior leadership experience, preferably within aged care, health, or human services. Strong business acumen, with expertise in financial and operational management. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of government funding models, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
