Your Key Accountabilities:
The core capability requirements for this role are:
1. Lead and drive business improvement opportunities and activities for the development and delivery of multiple projects including Command and Control integration.
2. Provide expert advice, support and guidance to leadership teams, stakeholder groups and program and project teams in support of deliverables.
3. Lead and manage assigned program and project activities using contemporary program and project management and related frameworks, methodologies, and policies.
4. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with members of the QPS and partner agencies to deliver initiatives in accordance with Group objectives.
5. Provide strategic direction and recommendations in the planning, delivery and support of programs and projects, including, policy alignment, change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, expenditure, staff development and counselling.
6. Provide guidance to stakeholders that facilitates informed business decisions, improves business processes and meets changing business needs.
7. Monitor and evaluate the progress of work deliverables, initiatives and business support priorities.
8. Develop and implement change management and communications initiatives that complement business improvements.
