Service Sales Administrator

This hands-on role will involve:
* Working closely across departments to prepare, process, follow up and administer maintenance agreements during warranty and contract renewal periods.
* Corresponding to all incoming emails and calls, accurately entering information into the system
* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Contract billing and calculating within Excel to provide quotes
* Being the in-house support and central point for information
What we are looking for:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills, accuracy is very important
* A people person, someone who is great at building relationships
* Excel and reporting skills, someone good with numbers
* We want someone self-driven and motivated, used to thinking on their feet when needed
* Experience in a service-based role, dealing with clients and multiple inhouse departments
