Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to oversee the financial operations of our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting as well as perform all Payroll, AR, AP and debt collection functions. Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Monitor and analyse financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders Manage the budgeting and forecasting process Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations Manage cash flow and oversee accounts payable and receivable Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters Qualifications: Cert IV in accounting and bookkeeping preferred or Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
