Salary: $110,873 - $124,173 commensurate with experience + super + salary packaging benefits (equivalent of up to $6400 extra salary) + remote area benefits
Relocation and retention package allowance: up to $12,000 for relocation, accommodation and wellness support
Employment status: Full time or part time positions available, with flexible working arrangements
Location: Alice Springs, Northern Territory
Diverse caseload: NDIS participants, paediatric and adult caseloads available, clinic and community settings

Carpentaria is a not-for-profit organisation with a 50-year history of providing disability and therapy services for children, adolescents and adults in the Northern Territory. Our multi-disciplinary team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Allied Health Assistants.

About you

You will be able to demonstrate:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current certification
* Experience within a disability sector context, working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviours
* A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
* Well-developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
* Experience in implementing evidence-based frameworks and delivering holistic supports
You will also need to hold (or have the ability to obtain) a current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid certificate, evidence of Australian work rights, and an NT Drivers Licence.
