The Role: We have a great opportunity to join our Management team, based in Adelaide, reporting to the Managing Director. This is a permanent position.
Established in 2013, One Foods SA has been bringing some of the largest brands to the South Australian market. Our high level retail support and reputation has been second to none in the industry amongst the South Australian food industry.
After years of growth, our team is now looking for a strong leader to become our Warehouse and Logistics Manager and participate in our continued growth.
Our newest team member will have a pivotal position within our company with the following duties:
Supervision and management of the warehouse team (Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Staff and Delivery Drivers). Plan and execute supply arrangements to maintain sufficient stock levels and prevent overstocking to protect the company's cash flow. Monitoring all warehouse activities in line with our quality system and maintain records for regulation purposes. Interface between warehouse team, administration manager and sales team to guarantee the highest customer satisfaction and highest DIFOT. Logistics planning by developing and implementing logistics strategies to optimise distribution processes. Cost analysis through analysis of the distribution costs and identifying areas for improvement to enhance profitability. We are seeking an individual who has a positive can-do personality, loves working with others, and is passionate about the brands and business they represent. An individual who is wanting to work collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for the broader business and our customers.

Minimum Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, supply chain or related field or 5 years work experience in a related field is required. Forklift Licence and open Car Licence are a must. Permanent residents or citizenship only.
