The Role
We are seeking talented Chefs, including Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs, and Chef de Parties to join our passionate team. You will work alongside a dedicated team of 20+ chefs, ideally with:
* 2-3 years' experience in a high-end brasserie or restaurant
* Good communication, attitude, and execution
* Confidence in running a section during a busy service
* Able to work in a large kitchen team, focusing on executing classic dishes
* Ability to manage a section and train junior chefs as a Chef De Partie
* Good understanding of French cuisine and techniques, preferably
