McLean Care is a well-respected provider of the highest quality community, retirement and aged care lifestyle services and options. As a proud not-for-profit driven by our mission “to focus on you” our organisation provides services to over 3,000 people, across Australia employing over 600 staff with exciting growth plans underway which will see us extend our footprint both geographically and with the clients we are able to support.
About the Role
Life is so busy these days! Especially life in our capital cities and large towns. The traffic, the noise, the pollution, the hustle and bustle! Wouldn’t it be nice to escape to a more serene life? Somewhere that is picturesque and green as far as the eye can see, and the only noise is that of nature on your doorstep. We have opportunities to take up this lifestyle and slow down. Are you a Registered Nurse seeking this slower pace of life? Coming to work and live in one of our rural facilities, you will become an integral and highly valued part of the local community! We are currently taking expressions of interest for our Killean Facility (Inverell, NSW) and Apex Road Facility (Gunnedah, NSW). Please see our website to learn more about these locations - Our Facilities!
We are only seeking those Registered Nurses who are highly experienced and passionate about working with our elderly population. Utilising our person-centred framework, your experience and skills will ensure the ongoing health and wellbeing of our treasured residents. Having previous experience providing clinical leadership, you will be the first line of supervision to our EN’s and Care Service Employees; providing guidance and support and assisting with the allocation of duties to ensure optimal service delivery within our facilities.
