About the Role
This newly created Marketing & Branding Manager position plays a key role in defining and executing the marketing and brand strategy. This position is responsible for developing initiatives to boost occupancy at existing sites, strengthening brand identity both internally and externally, and supporting the organisations' expansion.
Duties
Some of the duties will include:
* Create and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that defines identity, values, and market positioning.
* Strengthen the external brand presence
* Oversee the creation of brand assets and marketing collateral, including brochures, website content, social media materials, signage, and internal communication templates
* Oversee all marketing channels, including digital (website, SEO, social media, email campaigns), print, events,
* Develop and manage the marketing budget
Skills & Experience
To be successful in securing this opportunity, you will have the following;
* Exposure managing external agencies and vendors
* Experience managing and developing direct reports
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing data analysis and reporting
* Thorough understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing)
* Experience in the childcare/early learning sector is desirable
