We are seeking a casual Chef de Partie to join our team at Three Blue Ducks at The Farm Byron Bay.

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality throughout each service.
2. Work collaboratively with the senior chefs to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and hygiene standards.
3. Maintain excellent knowledge of food and produce, including sourcing and presentation techniques.
4. Develop and implement creative solutions to optimize cooking processes, reducing waste and enhancing speed and quality.
