For more information read the full Role Description: Manager First Nations Cultural Knowledge What you will bring to the role Extensive cultural expertise – Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and reviewing First Nations cultural strategies, policies, and procedures. Strong relationship-building skills – Proven ability to engage and collaborate with Aboriginal communities, stakeholders, and internal teams to foster meaningful connections. Government and policy knowledge – Understanding of public administration, legislative frameworks, and budgetary processes within a government setting. Cultural awareness and sensitivity – Deep understanding of Aboriginal governance structures, traditions, and the cultural needs of First Nations peoples, stakeholders, and staff.
