The Sydney Theatre Company's casual dining experience at The Wharf offers breathtaking views of the Harbour Bridge. This 120-seat venue attracts pre-and post-theatre diners, as well as being a popular bar due to its stunning views and delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere.
About the Role
* Based at Pier 4, Dawes Point, close to the iconic Harbour Bridge
* Collaborate with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and maintain high quality standards
* Lead your own section in a fast-paced pre-theatre environment
* Prioritize presentation and quality in every dish
* Lunch and dinner shifts rotate Monday to Saturday
* Work 24 hours per week
* Competitive hourly pay rate: $37.05 (Monday to Friday), $44.46 (Saturdays), and $51.87 (Sundays) plus superannuation
* Demonstrate significant experience in high-pressure a la carte service
* Excellent communication skills are essential
* A passionate and open-minded approach to learning new kitchen skills is highly valued
* Punctuality and reliability are crucial in this role
* Hold valid working rights
