Minimum of 6-8 years in landscape architecture Excellent ability to carry out landscape concept designs and detailed landscape designs in accordance with best industry design practices, relevant Australian Standards, Southeast Queensland LGAs requirements Familiarity with all relevant Australian Standards High level of experience with Southeast Queensland LGAs and high level of competency with various City Plans Excellent understanding of modern design principles and practices of landscape architecture, construction methods, plant species and materials Ability to review, analyse and make recommendations regarding designs, plans, and specifications Ability to prepare landscape conceptual packages, and detailed design, documentation and specification packages Deliverables are compliant with client's expectations, above industry standard, clear and easy to interpret with minimal misinterpretation and dispute Candidates are required to have the following licences as a minimum:
