Office and Human Resources Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced office coordinator with a background in human resources to join our team at Eightcap. As a dynamic online trading provider, we are committed to delivering exceptional trading tools and insights to enable smarter trading.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of office administration while supporting key HR functions. This role involves managing office logistics, maintaining a productive and organized work environment, and serving as the primary point of contact for office-related needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for employees on office-related queries.
* Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
* Coordinate staff engagement activities, social events, and wellness programs.
In addition to these responsibilities, the P&C Administrator will work closely with the People & Culture team to assist with administrative duties, manage new starter's first-day welcome and office orientation, support employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintain and update P&C records.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an office assistant or administrator or in a similar role.
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work with individuals from multicultural backgrounds.
