Are you an experienced Executive or Personal Assistant looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Energy Futures team for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Executive General Manager, ensuring their time is optimised and their objectives are achieved.
Within this role you will;
4. Manage the Executive’s schedule and priorities, ensuring efficient use of their time
5. Handle administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, invoice payments, and document proofreading with attention to detail and professionalism
6. Coordinate and facilitate Divisional meetings and events
7. Oversee and mentor the PA Support Officer, ensuring top-tier support for the Energy Futures Leadership team
8. Streamline administrative processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
9. Develop and maintain internal communication systems, including managing the Division’s web page
Your expertise
10. Significant experience as an Executive/Personal assistant supporting senior leaders
11. Skills in drafting reports, presentations and correspondence for a variety of stakeholders
12. Advanced proficiency in business software such as MS Office, SAP, and Objective
13. Excellent organisational, self-management, and time management skills
14. Strong relationship-building skills with a customer service orientation
15. Ability to exercise judgment, initiative, and discretion in stakeholder management
