Casual Occupational Therapist - Western Sydney

The Role
This position involves a hybrid working arrangement, with time spent working from home, in the office, and out in the community. Managing a diverse caseload, you will deliver tailored, person-centered support that empowers participants to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions.
* Collaborating with participants, families, and carers to develop tailored plans that meet their unique needs and aspirations.
* Supporting participants to live safely and comfortably at home while actively engaging in their community.

About You
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
* Current AHPRA registration.
* A person-centred approach to care and strong communication skills.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
