What You'll Be Doing: Provide frontline support for Windows 10, desktop applications, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot & resolve OS and system issues efficiently.
Assist in system administration & network support alongside the IT team.
Manage service requests within defined SLAs, prioritizing critical issues.
Deploy Windows images and support Microsoft Server environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a high standard of IT service delivery.
What You'll Bring: 2+ years' experience in a system/helpdesk support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Servers (2012/2016), Active Directory, and Office 365 administration .
Basic networking and cloud computing exposure (advantageous).
Excellent communication skills – Ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, client-focused approach.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-evolving tech environment.
