About the Role
This is a full-time, 38-hour per week position as an Administrator for a 6-month contract with our client based in Canning Vale. The successful candidate will be at the heart of operations, coordinating field activities and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Inspection Services Team Leader
* Coordinate electronic booking system to schedule work based on priority, due date, geographical location to ensure works are managed effectively
* Establish and maintain strong networks of internal and external customers
* Generate monthly reports of the team's work activities and provide to Team Leader for analysis
* Comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policy and ethical standards
Requirements:
* Essential: Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
* Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, Nexus, Grange)
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Excellent organisational and scheduling skills
* Desirable: Knowledge of water, sewer and drainage systems and relevant experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans
