About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our dynamic Corporate Support and Strategy team.
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and clerical support, including managing inboxes, preparing reports, providing secretariat and project support, and undertaking financial reporting and administration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-level administrative and clerical support, including:
o Managing inboxes
o Initiating and timely preparation of correspondence and reports
o Proofreading and document formatting
o Secretariat support
o Referral of matters for action by appropriate staff
2. Assist with end-of-month processing, including payment processing and financial reporting
3. Organise and schedule events, meetings, training, and other appointments
4. Assist senior staff with research and analysis of policies and procedures
5. Undertake project-related tasks as assigned by senior staff
6. Administer the Office's electronic document and records management system
7. Assist with recording, collection, analysis, and dissemination of statistical data
Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will have:
* A recognised Certificate III or higher qualification related to the responsibilities of the position
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
