Job Description: We are seeking an ICT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an ICT Business Analyst at Southern Foodservice, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our IT and business operations. You will be responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze business needs and requirements to understand the business impact of changes in IT systems.Design, test, and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with IT strategy.Recommend system and process changes, and work with IT and business stakeholders to implement these changes .Document and evaluate existing business processes and workflows.Create detailed business analysis documents, including project plans, business requirements documents, and functional specifications.Manage and prioritize IT-related projects based on business needs.Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality of system solutions.Facilitate training and provide support to business users on new systems or processes.Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience working as an ICT Business Analyst. Experience in business, systems analysis, or quality assurance is advantageous.Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business needs and translate these into practical IT solutions.Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills to liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
