Barwon Health is committed to developing a vibrant culture of education, training and research that advances health and wellbeing for all.About the Medical Workforce UnitThe Barwon Health Medical Workforce Unit supports all our doctors, from Interns to Senior Medical Staff with workforce services including recruitment and credentialing, appointments and contracting, rotation, rostering and timesheet management, pay and leave management. The unit ensures the health service is sufficiently staffed with skilled medical staff to provide safe, effective and high quality service at all times.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced professional to provide business and systems support to the Medical Workforce Unit. The role is responsible for identifying, reviewing and implementing processes and system functionality enhancements to improve efficiencies, as well as management of key systems to enable effective reporting to support the business needs across the unit.This role requires you to be an effective communicator with our internal and external stakeholders, including relationships with other public and private health services. The role will suit candidates who are able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands.
