Enough about us, let's talk about you.We are seeking applications from leaders and practitioners with extensive operations advisory, transformation, program orchestration, or similar experience in Federal Government.You are someone with: Prior management consulting experience or a senior internal advisory role with proven experience as a trusted business advisor to senior client leaders.Demonstrated experience in Operating Model Design, Process Re-engineering and Optimisation, Service Design, and Digital Transformation.Proven experience leading complex projects in a client-facing/advisory role, managing senior relationships and large diverse teams, virtually and face to face.Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems using a hypothesis-based approach alongside strong analytical and quantitative skills.Demonstrated experience in leading client pursuits and the ability to adapt to market trends.The ability to quickly build rapport and grow client relationships to establish a strong network in the market.Experience in a leadership role emphasizing team growth, coaching, resource management, people, and culture.Minimum AGSVA baseline clearance Canberra-based.
