ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will develop a high level of professional and technical support in delivering Councils capital works program, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, manage the delivery of Building, Open Space & Amenities projects including initiation, development, construction, contracts supervision and administration to the agreed time, cost and quality.
DUTIES.
Procure contracts and consultants within the designated budget and timeframe Develop project briefs, specifications and tender document Liaise with stakeholders to effectively deliver projects on time in accordance to contracts management Prepare scope of works throughout all concepts SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
Qualifications in Project Management, Construction and/or Engineering is required Up to 2 years' experience managing projects and stakeholders Knowledge of NSW Building Regulations and Codes Driven and adaptable individual who is eager to learn and develop new skills CULTURE.
