About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as an Enrolled Nurse within the Older Persons Mental Health Service.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients experiencing mental health challenges. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, collaborating to develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.Key Responsibilities:
deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients in an acute mental health setting
actively participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring patient safety and promoting recovery
monitor patients' responses to treatment
maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring effective communication within the healthcare team
provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as an enrolled nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. In order to administer medicines, must have completed a Board-approved program of study which includes an administration of medicines unit.
