A day in the life You will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade. We’re looking for professional and experienced Chefs who can work in a fast-paced production kitchen and who take pride in what they do and genuinely love cooking. You will take ownership of a section of the kitchen in an area you excel and are passionate about, to make your own We're open 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Evening and weekend availability is essential. You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands. Key responsibilities for this role include: Serving a consistently high-quality product; Managing the regular rotation of stock to ensure minimal wastage; Overseeing and performing operational duties of the section; Working in all areas of the kitchen operation; and Training and inducting staff and supervising the development of apprentices, cooks, and chefs assigned to the section. Full availability and flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster across weekdays, nights, weekends, and public holidays is required for this role.
