Location Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AustraliaPERSOLKELLY brings together the legacy and experience of four organisations that shaped the staffing landscape over the past century: Kelly Services, who pioneered the modern temporary help industry in 1946; SKILLED, who crafted the staffing industry in Australia in 1964; Programmed, the leading provider of operations and maintenance services across Australia and New Zealand; and PERSOLKELLY, the largest workforce solutions provider in APAC.Key ResponsibilitiesManage payroll processing and compliance by accurately processing salary, leave, and entitlements in line with legislation, policies, and procedures.Provide guidance on leave submissions, employee timesheets, and payroll-related documentation.Ensure PAYG taxation, superannuation, and payroll deductions are correctly calculated, paid, and reported.Conduct fortnightly reviews to update payroll records and administer superannuation contributions.Prepare and send payroll-related communications to ensure employees receive timely and accurate advice.Maintain personnel and leave records with accuracy and efficiency.Deliver high-quality support to internal and external clients, ensuring a professional and responsive service.This duty statement provides an overview of the role's responsibilities.
