Job Summary
Musica SA, the peak advocacy body for the South Australian contemporary music industry, seeks an experienced Administration Manager to support the smooth delivery of its programs and activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the internal management of a busy peak body, overseeing governance, finance, risk management, HR, office administration, policies and procedures, and IT.
Main Responsibilities
* Governance and Board Support: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support to the board.
* Finance Management: Oversee budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting, ensuring transparent and efficient financial practices.
* HR and Risk Management: Develop and implement HR policies, manage staff performance, and identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Office and Company Administration: Coordinate daily operations, maintain office systems, and ensure effective communication within the organization.
* IT and Asset Management: Manage IT infrastructure, oversee asset maintenance, and ensure data security and backup protocols are in place.
