Psychologist or Occupational Therapist or Social Worker (Mental Health Clinician) Eating Disorders Service, Queensland Health An exciting opportunity exists for a Psychologist or Occupational Therapist or Social Worker (Mental Health Clinician) to be a highly functioning multidisciplinary team member of the Eating Disorder Service (EDS), delivering high-level discipline-specific clinical services and leadership across mental health work units to stakeholders/customers of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service and Queensland Health. Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north. Key Responsibilities include: Deliver high quality, evidence-based clinical services and leadership as a member of the multidisciplinary mental health team to consumers with complex eating disorders, their carers, and relevant stakeholders with a focus on planning and provision of clinical care and therapeutic interventions within a recovery and rehabilitation framework. Undertake clinical governance activities, such as the development of clinical practices and guidelines that support the continuum of care. Provide clinical advice and education to professional and operational teams, relevant service managers, and other stakeholders regarding service delivery, utilising high-level written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Provide clinical practice and professional supervision to less experienced staff within their discipline to ensure the maintenance of professional clinical standards within the service, and provide Performance and Development Plans (PDP), as delegated. Remuneration value up to $92,796 p.a., comprising salary rates: $39.86 - $58.59 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3).
