You’ll work with a close-knit research team to understand current legislation and employment laws. Your expertise and insights will underpin the advice we give to our clients, building trust and brand credibility.What will your day look like? Typical responsibilities include:Proactively reviewing legislative changes and trends across the Australian Employment and Industrial Relations framework.Use legal expertise to interpret any changes and work with stakeholders to determine our stance.Answering any questions our Advice teams have about the latest laws and legislation.Developing and improving knowledge resources for our internal teams and clients.Turning legal information into lively and engaging content for both internal and external parties.Leveraging your technical and creative writing skills to develop EDMs, social media posts, handling guides, roadmaps, client webinars, training materials, newsletters and much more!Your story so farThe Perfect Fit For This Role Will HaveDegree level qualifications in lawSpecialist knowledge of workplace relations.Experience with interpreting and advising on Modern Awards highly regarded.Advanced research skills, ideally in legal.A background in technical and creative writing will also be highly regarded.An advanced ability to quickly grasp new legal concepts and then discuss any key points clearly and coherently.What are some of our Peninsula Perks?Enhanced Leave - we offer up to 25 days in the first year of working with us.
