About the role: We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to work with our Regional Director at Life Without Barriers in the Victoria Disability Accommodation Services division of our organisation. Should you be successful you will work directly with a Regional Director who is responsible for the South East region of Melbourne. This role will involve you comprehensively across the business division so it is essential you can manage competing priorities and multiple tasks and project directives concurrently at all times. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be office based some days and work from home others. You will be assisting our Regional Director with the following tasks; Oncall rostering for senior staff Record keeping Build relationships with a range of Stakeholders Prepare monthly house shift reports Attend meetings and take minutes Support our leadership team by visiting houses and supporting admin functions as required Email communications to families and staff Provide support with ensuring training records are compliant Assist with service agreements where necessary Disseminate data and communications to wider teams Skills & Experience Certificate III in Business Administration or previous relevant experience Demonstrated experience in an administration role and providing support to management positions managing competing priorities and to deliver high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes managing sensitive information and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality working independently and as part of a team Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and customer service skills Proficient ability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs Ability to use initiative in the workplace and demonstrated problem solving skills Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations may be required for this position, in accordance with relevant Public Health Orders across all States and Territories. In these circumstances, evidence of vaccination will be required prior to an offer of employment. Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
