Key Responsibilities
* Develop and promote positive professional working relationships with members of the multidisciplinary team
* Communicate and accurately document information to report care and assist with decision making
* Ensure the rights, confidentiality, dignity and respect of those receiving care are upheld
* Develop appropriate plans of care in collaboration with the RN, the patient and other relevant team members
* Monitor, recognise and report any variations in patient conditions and behaviours and seek appropriate assistance
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA, with an NMBA approved qualification in administration of medicines
* Highly developed interpersonal skills including conflict resolution strategies
* Sound communication skills both verbal and written
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Good assessment and problem solving and organisational skills

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Enrolled Nurse Grade 2 (IB68 - IB72) which ranges from $35.52 - $37.80 per hour.
