The selected candidate will manage the entire selling process, including calling in the correct Elekta Account Manager or Support Specialists for support during the selling process. They will also utilize support and assistance from other Elekta functions to ensure smooth customer interactions with product delivery, installation, and customer service support and ensure customer acceptances are signed and payments are made according to the sales contract.Responsibilities:Lead and manage all Oncology Informatics software projects and the selling process in conjunction with ANZ Account Managers.Support the selling process in bundled deals and assist in closing deals.Develop growth strategies and plans to expand the software business in ANZ.Generate new leads and monitor industry trends and competitor activity.Develop a targeted customer/opportunity list, manage sales interactions, and participate in forecasts and book and bill activities.Assist Account Managers with targeted account lists, sales, backlog, and other forecasts.Follow relationship-selling, partnering, and managing of accounts.Drive targeted customer sales campaigns with the Business Line.Ensure routine follow-ups with all customers, potential customers, and leads within the assigned territory.Document all activity in the CLM to support pipeline development and forecast reporting.Achieve unit/volume sales and appropriate product mix as established by finance and senior management.Demonstrate products and services and assist in selecting those best suited to customer needs.Maintain close professional working relationships with sales, finance, field service, technical services, marketing, and administration.Up to 60% travel expected.Relevant Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or healthcare-related field.At least 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in Radiation Oncology and selling Oncology Information systems or Treatment Planning Software.Solid knowledge and experience in the Oncology industry.Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with compliance adherence.Expert facilitator and superior conflict resolution skills.Ability to influence change within Elekta and client organizations.Thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Experience with healthcare software and implementing information systems.Strong ethical standards, values, and good judgment.Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships within a matrix environment.Strong oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated initiative and self-starter.
