We are working with a client who has been operating for over 30 years and has multiple offices across Australia. They have a high-performing team with a fantastic culture, providing their staff the opportunity for self-improvement and development within a support role or in other areas of Financial Services. Some CSO staff have gone on to become Senior CSMs, while others have progressed into Paraplanners, Associates, and successful Advisers.
We are currently recruiting a CSO / CSM to work as part of an excellent team, supporting a Senior Financial Advisor. They are open to all levels of experience from 2 to 20+ years.
About the role:
* Main point of contact for clients and arranging client meetings
* Excellent culture and supportive team environment
* Assist with client annual review and meeting preparation
* Complete necessary documentation to implement SOAs
* Assist in preparing portfolios and reports
* Help with research for the advisers when required
About you:
* 2 to 20+ years’ experience in Financial Services
* Ability to multitask and good organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Strong administrative and computer skills
