Sales and Marketing Manager SA, TAS, & WA
You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and growing our market presence.
Work closely with senior management to drive business growth strategies, increase sales, and meet ambitious expansion goals.
Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities: Conduct market analysis to spot growth areas and assist the sales team to build a pipeline of potential clients.
* Drive business growth: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective business development strategies and marketing aligned with company goals.
* Client relationship management: Focus on building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and client retention.

Requirements:
* Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in identification, signage or cable management solutions
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
* Proven success: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Skillset: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Motivated and self-driven: Capable of independently managing tasks and driving results.
