About the Role The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team in executing The Commons' marketing strategies and initiatives. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of our brand across various communication channels and ensuring the smooth operation of marketing activities. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content for newsletters, coordinating marketing materials, and managing branded items to enhance our overall marketing efforts. About You The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented marketer with strong organisational skills. You have a passion for storytelling and brand consistency, with experience in content creation, campaign execution, and marketing coordination. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers. The main duties of the role include but are not limited to the below: Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including website, email, in-venue, and digital platforms. Create compelling content for websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Develop email campaigns, including monthly newsletters, event updates, new location launches, and product launches. Brand & Material Management Manage branded items and stock allocation across locations, ensuring timely restocking and distribution. Work with external suppliers for printing and procurement of marketing materials. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets. Marketing Operations & Collaboration Support the broader marketing team with administrative tasks and project coordination. Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and assist in idea generation. Stay updated on marketing best practices and industry trends. Required Skills & Experience A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field. 1 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong copywriting and content creation skills with attention to detail. Experience in email marketing and digital campaign management (preferred but not essential). Excellent organisational and project management skills. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work independently. Familiarity with marketing tools, CMS platforms, and email marketing software. A proactive and creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling.
