This flexible role offers the potential for full-time growth. You will play a vital role in the daily operations of the business, providing administrative and secretarial support to the Branch Manager and the broader team.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliersHandle reception duties, including phone enquiries, greeting guests, and managing general office tasksAssist with preparing proposals, quotes, reports, and other documentsManage meeting room bookings, catering, and set-up for internal/external meetingsOrganise travel arrangements for the Melbourne teamMaintain office supplies, manage contractors, and ensure the office space is clean and well-organisedProvide administrative support to the project management team including tender documentation packages, sourcing supplier quotes, preparation of statutory authority application forms, project reports and contract administrationAssist with the preparation and issuing of document transmittals, review and maintain document revisions (training provided)What We Are Looking ForHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitudeHighly organised, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlinesProfessional phone manner and personal presentationBe self-motivated and able to work autonomouslyAbility to maintain confidentialityQualifications & ExperienceDemonstrated experience working in an office environment providing administration supportExperience in an engineering or architectural office is a plus, but not requiredSalary & BenefitsSalary will be commensurate with experience.How to ApplyPlease submit your cover letter (addressed to the General Manager) and resume via the application link.
