As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining a high standard of food safety and hygiene.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and cooking of dishes to ensure quality and presentation meet company standards.Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and execute menu items.Maintain a clean and organised workstation while following food safety and hygiene regulations.Ensure efficient stock management, including ordering and proper storage of ingredients.Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff when required.Uphold excellent kitchen organisation and safety standards.Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.Adapt to changing menus, special events, and seasonal offerings.
