Are you interested in executing in-store merchandising solutions across a territory to maximise sales opportunities?
Be responsible for merchandising products across retail stores. Work closely with Field Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to help improve sales.
Core Responsibilities:
* Responsible for Merchandising within major accounts
* Ensure activities, planograms, and promotions are implemented at store level
* Collect market information regularly sharing with office-based Sales and Marketing teams
* Pack out stock and manage SOH in back docks
* Proactively educate store teams around the brand
* Assist with store set-ups and installations according to agreed plans and directions
* Handle multiple in-store relationships
* Motivate store contacts to prioritise the brand
* Utilise POP 6 instore as a sales tool – including opening and closing calls and surveys
Key Requirements:
* Merchandising experience in a consumer-packaged goods company and/or retail experience
* Strong work ethic
* Efficient Time management

* Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
* Own vehicle and valid driver's license
The Field Sales Merchandiser position will be part-time (2 days per week) and availability to work is a priority for key sales periods – Toy Catalogue(July)/Christmas(Dec).
Locations are South Brisbane, West Brisbane and Gold Coast.
Physical Requirements: Lifting outer cartons (15kg max), climbing ladders, reaching high shelving and pushing store trolleys.
